A former investment banker, Toral Shah is leading a couple of educational institutions in Hyderabad and has worked with over 2000 children and 500 teachers.

Recognizing that children need an open platform to voice their ideas and perspectives, she designed Drishya, a widely-accessible program, including reasoning, analytical and communication skills in children from a young age.
