I am glad that you are finally here to embark on this journey of hard work, smart thinking, creativity and innovation. The entrepreneurial journey is rewarding and helps you discover your purpose and build resilience along the way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">As 21st century leaders, we need to be more purpose-driven, passionate and solve real-world problems. This requires Higher Order Thinking Skills(HOTS), which are unfortunately not taught in schools or universities. In today&#8217;s internet world, there is absolutely no growth if you rote memorise facts and earn higher scores\/grades in your college or high school. It&#8217;s time to shift away from that thinking of looking at a piece of paper and measuring your worth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Take charge and control of your learning process and be goal oriented.
